We also know that our minds are clever things and as certain aspects of our body improve we forget how they were before the improvements began. 

That said if we genuinely don’t see the improvements that are realistic and possible we will refund your money subject to the terms and conditions below. 

Prior to your treatments we’ll take photos, measurements including your height, weight, BMI and where applicable waist, hip, thigh and/or upper arm circumference. 

In relation to face treatments we will take close up photos. 

As the full effect of most of our treatments is not evident for up to 3 months after the treatments have finished, any claims against the MBG cannot be considered until the expiration of 3 months after your last treatment and must be made within 6 months of you finishing your last treatment. 

If your weight has increased by more than 3kg and/or BMI has increased and these increases are not as a result of increase in muscle mass we cannot accept a claim for a refund of your money.
